ATHLETIC CLEARANCE (required for player tryout sign-up):
In order to be eligible to tryout and participate on a sports team, you must first complete the athletic clearance process every new school year by June 15, 2026. All paperwork must be filled out completely and uploaded to Home Campus' site. You must be fully enrolled at TPHS to be considered. Failure to complete any of these forms will prevent your child from tryouts, practices, and competitions. You are encouraged to complete the process before the deadlines listed here.
